Why it exists
Generic tools don't know what a bay is.
Detail shops run on a patchwork: a booking app made for haircuts, a card reader from one company, before-and-after photos in a tech's camera roll, and a notebook for who still owes what. Every piece works. None of them know about each other, and none of them know about the vehicle.
Rinsely puts the day in one place. The booking site knows your bays and techs, so it only offers times you can actually do. The job knows the car's history. The payment lands on the job, and the photos go to the customer when you finish.
How we build it
Four rules we don't break.
The vehicle and the bay come first
A detail job is a specific truck in a specific bay with a specific tech, not a 60-minute calendar slot. Rinsely is built around that, which is why it can tell you a ceramic job holds the bay through its cure, or that an F-150 takes longer than a Civic.
It has to work with gloves on
Most of the work happens on a phone in a wet bay. Big targets, one job at a time, and nothing a tech has to remember: the screen asks for the photo, the checklist and the protection details when they are due.
Your money is your money
Rinsely takes no fee on card payments. On Rinsely Payments the processing rate is passed through at cost; on Bring Your Own Hardware you keep your Square account. The subscription is the whole bill.
Plain words, real numbers
Collected and earned are different numbers, so Rinsely shows both. Texts to customers say what is happening and when. Errors say what failed and what to do next.
